How can you help us?
Look for typos and errors in our texts written in your native language, mark them and send to our email or telegram bot. For each error found, you will receive from 1 to 10 $!
How to record an error?
1) Take a screenshot of the error so we can see where it occurred.
To take a screenshot on Android, press and hold the power and volume down buttons at the same time. If you have an iPhone X, XR, XS, 11, 12, 13, 14, and 15, press the side button and the volume up button. If you have an earlier model, then you should press the side button and «Home»(the round button at the bottom of the screen)
2) Using a special image editing tool, show on the screenshot where the error is in the text. You can use editing in your gallery.
3) Write the text that is incorrect. For clarify, you can highlight the error itself in bold. This way we can find it among the translations and quickly correct.
4) Write the same text, but correctly. Be our best teacher!
5) Briefly describe in text where you see the error. Explain why you think so and, if desired, give your recommendations on how to avoid such mistakes. This way we can understand our weak points and prevent similar in the future.
How to send a report?
- If you want to send an error by email, then simply create a new letter, reflect in it all the points presented above and send it to support@cropty.io. In the subject line of the email, please write Translation Bug Bounty Program.
- To send an error using telegram, follow this link. You will be redirected to the Support Service bot in messenger. Click the "Start" button. This way you will have access to a dialogue with the bot, messages from which are transmitted to our support service. Next reflect all the points from the instructions above. You can send one message or several. As you like!
What is the exact reward amount?
It all depends on how useful your suggestion is. The reward is also affected by the severity of the error found, its frequency in our texts and the damage it causes to the users of our application.
